What’s your Return and Exchange Policy?
We want you to LOVE your shirt! Hassle-free returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery. Item must be unworn and unwashed. Please contact us BEFORE returning your item for the return address. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item back (return shipping fee will not be refunded). Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you a refund for the original purchase price.

What if I get the wrong size, color, or design?
Let us know right away if the wrong item was sent to you. Send us a photo of the wrong item and we will ship the correct item to you right away at no extra cost to you. You don’t need to worry about sending back the wrong item. 

Can I cancel my order?
We do not accept order cancellations. All our products are made to order, and our printing partner begins the production process shortly after they receive your order. 

What size should I order?
Check out our Fit Guide on guidance for finding your perfect fit. Our customers typically like to size up for an oversized fit. Need more advice? Email us at howdy@dillo-outfitters.com and we’ll help you out! 

Where do you ship?
Currently we only ship to the United States.

✔ US standard shipping: 4-8 days
✔ US standard plus shipping: 2-5 days

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

What’s your production time?
T-shirts are made to order. They are printed in the United States and typically take 2-5 business days to process before they are shipped out via USPS First Class Mail. 

How are your designs printed?
Our t-shirts are printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) technology. DTG uses water-based inks and minimizes waste, making it a more environmentally friendly choice.
